The conditions of sale apply to all equipment ordered exclusively on this website.
The DIGITAL EMPIRE can review these conditions of sale, at any time and with immediate effects after its exhibition in the site. The Customer is bound to the conditions of sale in force on the date of acceptance of his order, having to consult them periodically
The order note is protected by the most modern, efficient and safe security techniques, always implemented according to the specifications of Redunicre and respecting the highest safety standards for this business area.
The DIGITAL EMPIRE reserves the right to, without prior notice, modify and update the security procedures. The data collected are of compulsory and confidential supplies, destined solely for the invoicing of the product or products purchased and the ordering.
Despite the aforementioned security procedures, there are risks of using the Internet, over which DIGITAL EMPIRE has no control.
DIGITAL EMPIRE expressly disclaims any liability for loss or delays in the transmission of data via the Internet made between the Customer and the electronic store DIGITAL EMPIRE.
DIGITAL EMPIRE's liability for losses and/or damages is limited to the value of the products ordered.
Products and Prices
DIGITAL EMPIRE offers, through the electronic store, a wide range of products for sale.
The offer for each of the products is limited to the existing stock.
The DIGITAL EMPIRE reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to substitute or modify the available products, the respective prices and the conditions presented.
If you continue to access the site, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
All prices include VAT, the current legal rate.
The prices are always displayed in Euros.
Orders in the DIGITAL EMPIRE Electronic Store can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
While browsing the store, you can add to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
When you finish selecting the products, you can select the option "View cart" and then "Process order" to make the purchase.
In the "Address" field, you must enter the address as completely as possible, where you want your order delivered.
After you have entered the address, you must select the sending mode and then "Next" to select the payment method.
After confirmation, the order will be sent to the DIGITAL EMPIRE Electronic Store and can not be canceled, except for the right of resolution.
Payment must be made at the moment of order confirmation through MB Reference, MB Net, Bank Transfer, or at one of our stores where you can pay with VISA - MASTER CARD
Your order will not be accepted and the contract will not end until you receive, by email, the confirmation of the acceptance of the order by DIGITAL EMPIRE.
Once you accept your order, you will be informed of the reference that will allow you to accompany the delivery of the products.
Only orders whose deliveries are made in Continental Portugal will be accepted.
Deliveries and shipping costs are calculated by the site during the order process
** By this means you have the possibility to make the payment at the time of delivery of the equipment.
You must proceed to the payment via Cash or through the Multibanco Terminal that accompanies the Logistics Professional (our own Logistics Team).
* Values already include VAT at the current statutory rate of 21%
The delivery charges offer presented is only valid for Continental Portugal, excluding the Autonomous Regions (under consultation).
The delivery time is guaranteed for a maximum of 20 days after receiving the payment of your order and, except for stock breaks, in which an alternative delivery period will be proposed. If the delivery is made by our logistics team (radius of up to 50 kms of our facilities), in which case the response time is generally significantly shorter and through availability of the product.

Plan of deliveries Valid from Monday to Saturday with time between 9am and 6pm. (District of Lisbon)
Schedule of deliveries to the weekend, holidays or outside normal working hours under consultation.
In the delivery of your new equipment we remove the old one and we send it for recycling. The protection of the environment is also a concern for us, choose the STANDARD or PREMIUM DELIVERY
Installation and Removal Service for Old Appliances only available for deliveries in the District of Lisbon, Setubel and Porto
The delivery will be done by signing the acknowledgment of reception by any person who is at the address indicated and who, from that moment, is responsible for delivery to the Customer.
If no one is found at the address indicated, the items will return to DIGITAL EMPIRE, and later will be a new delivery, which will be paid for by the Customer. .
In case the delivery is not made because there is no one to receive it, the buyer will have to compensate DIGITAL EMPIRE at 20% of the value of the order.
Consumer Goods Warranty and After-Sales Assistance
The products purchased in the Electronic Store have a two-year warranty, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The guarantee of the products sold by DIGITAL EMPIRE is stipulated only and exclusively by the manufacturers of the same, varying according to the manufacturer and the product in question.
Manufacturers establish a warranty period for their products, which covers all manufacturing defects and breakdowns during that period.
The warranty is valid for hardware problems and manufacturing defects and is not valid for software problems, configuration incompatibility and viruses. The warranty is not valid for negligence in the use of the equipment, or for the intervention of unauthorized persons.
The repairs of the products within the warranty period will be treated directly with the Technical Assistance Centers of the brands, however, not invalid that we can be contacted to request assistance or technical support.
DIGITAL EMPIRE provides its clients, free of charge, with the mediation services that are necessary to contact the manufacturers or distributors of the products, thus actively realizing the guarantee to the client in the terms of the same.
In order to benefit from this guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice as proof of purchase.
Resolution of the contract
The Client has, under the terms of the law, the right of contractual resolution, which must be exercised by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, issued within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, to our address.
In the event of a contractual resolution, the Customer has a maximum period of 14 days, from the date of receipt of the order, to return to DIGITAL EMPIRE at the above mentioned address the product (s) purchased with the package(s) in excellent condition, together with the sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the order.
After receipt of the returned order and all documents referred to in the previous point, DIGITAL EMPIRE will reimburse, within a maximum of 30 days, the amounts paid by the customer, without any expenses for this, except as provided in the following point.
DIGITAL EMPIRE reserves the right not to accept the termination of the contract if the product is not returned in the same conditions as it was sent, namely with no signs of having been used or damaged, in which case DIGITAL EMPIRE will return the product to the client without any refund of the price.
All electronic messages sent during access to the DIGITAL EMPIRE Electronic Store, including emails and messages through an Internet browser, will be considered for the purposes of applicable law as contractual statements.
DIGITAL EMPIRE may send to the Client information about new products, promotions or others of interest to the Customers of the Electronic Store.
When we ask for your name, address, telephone, among others, we aim to maintain a closer relationship with our users. With your registration, we will treat you by name, stay closer to you, and respond to your needs or requests more effectively.

When available on certain products will appear optional that you can subscribe adding advantages to your purchase.
Among the various options we find:
1. EXPRESS DELIVERY 24 TO 72 HOURS HOURS
We will have to deliver your article within this period, in most cases we get enough that the article is available, if for some reason this term is exceeded, the value of the express delivery is returned in money or money at the time of the product delivery. The term is presented after receiving your payment in our account, and is calculated on working days.
2. EXTRA TRANSPORTATION INSURANCE
This INSURANCE allows a claim period up to 5 days after the date of delivery of the merchandise. You will have more time to check your order and test all the features. The merchandise must always follow for expert opinion in case of defect, damage or damages.
The insurance is only valid when the transport is the responsibility of DIGITAL EMPIRE, thus excludes all shop lifts.
The non-registration of this Extra Insurance, obliges the conference of the merchandise at the moment that is delivered.
3. DELIVERIES FROM 6 PM TO 9PM DAYS OF THE WEEK / SATURDAY
You can subscribe to this option by paying only € 15.00, currently only available in the district of Lisbon and Setubal

DIGITAL EMPIRE's phone hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The shop hours are from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
